As Chief Financial Officer of Centerstone of America, Steve Holman directs fiscal operations for Centerstone and each of its companies. In this role, Mr. Holman assesses the organization’s performance, oversees financial reporting and developing long-term strategies and annual budgets for Centerstone across its operations in Indiana and Tennessee.

A healthcare industry veteran, Mr. Holman brings more than three decades of finance and management experience to Centerstone. He most recently served as CFO at Precedent Health, Inc., a healthcare company based in Nashville, Tennessee, that has worked with providers and payers to build innovative delivery networks to meet the challenges of healthcare reform. At Precedent Health, Inc., Mr. Holman led the organization’s equity and debt financings, directed its acquisitions and developed physician quality reporting programs.

Previously, Mr. Holman worked at Heritage Health Systems/Universal American Corp. where he was CFO for the Medicare Advantage HMO division with operations in several states. Mr. Holman also has held executive management positions in finance at Lakeside Community Health, FHP International Corporation and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Holman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
